We ship worldwide! Please note that MPWR does not cover the cost of duties & taxes if this applies.
HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENT?
Due to the soft nature of our activewear, we highly recommend avoiding abrasive surfaces and following the washing instructions.
1. Machine wash inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle
2. Avoid washing with other abrasive fabrics and materials (use a delicates bag if possible)
3. Do not use fabric softener
4. Do not wring excess water
5. Air dry only (do not tumble dry)
6. Do not soak for long periods in water
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders will be shipped as fast as possible. You will receive your tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
In the event that you receive a faulty or wrong item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to info@mpwrofficial.com.au. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that MPWR has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 40 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted and will remain your responsibility.
